Con esta nota se da a conocer la creación del Centro Loyola de Pamplona a las comunidades y obras de la Compañía en Europa.
The Loyola Province of the Society of Jesus has created a new Loyola Centre in Pamplona, the capital of Navarre. With this new Centre, the Jesuits of Navarre and the Basque Country, have already four Loyola Centres: Bilbao, Donostia, Vitoria and Pamplona. The Loyola Centres are places of encounter to listen to the demands of the current moment, and to try to find out an answer that gives a deep sense to what we are and what we do. As encounter place our door is open for those who accept the proposal of Jesus, as well as to other sensibilities.
For this goal, Loyola Centres offer a vast array of activities, such as spiritual exercises in an urban context, evangelical formation, retirements, conferences, seminaries, workshops and other activities.
The inauguration of the new Loyola Centre in Pamplona is due on the 20th of December.
• New document: Five Keys to Ignatian Spirituality
A new document about ignatian spirituality is being presented in all the institutions of the Province. It is titled “Five keys to Ignatian Spirituality”. It is an easy to read and upbeat text, but at the same time, it is also deep. The document has been very favourably received. The goal of the document is to explain and promote the ignatian spirituality among the members of the institutions of the Province. In these institutions there are very diverse people but, as the document says, “in spite of our differences, even in faith questions, we share much: yearnings, dreams, desires, searches and uncertainties”.

Ejercicios de fin de semana en Javier
En el Santuario de Javier, los días 12, 13 y 14 de noviembre, se llevó a cabo el segundo fin de semana de Ejercicios Espirituales. En el grupo que inició la experiencia participaron 19 personas y, en los grupos que hicieron su segundo y tercer fin de semana, ocho personas en cada uno. Para acompañar a los tres grupos contamos con siete acompañantes. Tanto los ejercitantes como los acompañantes han valorado muy positivamente la experiencia.
Para quienes deseen iniciar esta modalidad de los Ejercicios Espirituales pueden inscribirse desde ya para la próxima fecha que será del 11 al 13 de febrero de 2011.
